Don Bolinger began his study of Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan in 2007 in order to improve his health and reduce stress.  In 2008, he joined the International Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Association and has since focused his training on all aspects of Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan.

Don has attended several seminars on the Traditional 103 Hand Form, the 67 Sword Form and Yang Family Push Hands with Master Yang Jun, 5th generation direct lineage holder in Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan.  As a result of his diligent study and commitment to the Yang Family art, he achieved his level 3 ranking from the International Association in 2010.

From his study and daily practice Don has seen the benefits of improved health and a significant reduction of stress and strongly believes that the practice of Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan is an ideal part of an overall health program by reducing stress and gently building strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination.

Don teaches classes in Georgetown at the Scott County Senior Center. Contact Don.
